This project is a rebrand concept for Summerfest in Milwaukee. I wanted to take something super well-known and push it in a more bold, modern direction while still keeping that high-energy festival feel.
I redesigned the logo and built out a new visual system using bright, primary colors and strong, playful type. The goal was to make it feel loud, fun, and impossible to miss—something that actually matches the scale and excitement of the event.
From there, I applied the branding across different pieces like artist promo posters, wristbands, billboards, and large-scale graphics like murals. I focused on making everything feel cohesive, but still flexible enough to work across a bunch of different formats.
This project was really about creating a full identity system and seeing how far I could push it across real-world applications.

Summer Fest is known for their fireworks so I thought it would be a good idea to create a firework illustration with Adobe Illustrator to include in my designs.
